1400 — The monks opposite
In 1400 the Carthusian monks arrive at the hermitage of Las Cuevas and raise the Cartuja facing the estate. By 1513 their holdings already included vineyards in Camas. The estate says it was their vineyard.

1841 — The Pickmans’ pottery
In 1841 Carlos Pickman sets up his pottery factory in the Cartuja itself. By the estate’s own account, the vineyard later passed to the Pickman family.

According to Bodas.net, dinner can be served in the halls, on the garden porch or right out on the lawn. The kitchen is the estate’s own.
